I first met Kelly a few years ago when I was completely frazzled from running my own business. Just six days before we were due to travel skiing for my 40th birthday, my daughter tore a ligament, and skiing was suddenly off the agenda.

By the end of it, none of us wanted to leave.
Kelly has this natural understanding of exactly what you're looking for and takes care of every little detail you wouldn't think of yourself. Even while we're away, she checks in to make sure everything's going well. She genuinely cares.
