A very big thank you to Anita for putting together the stunning holiday we've just arrived home from. From Banff and Lake Louise, the Rocky Mountaineer through to Vancouver, our Alaskan cruise on the Celebrity Solstice, right through to Toronto and Niagara Falls, every single transfer, hotel, tour and pick up went to clockwork.
Banff left us speechless, we were 8,000ft up above the clouds at one point, walking among snow-topped mountains, and we even got to walk on a glacier too, simply amazing. The lakes were just as beautiful, and the Rocky Mountaineer surpassed all our expectations, service, food and scenery were spot on.
The cruise was relaxing and scenic, with some really interesting ports along the way. Niagara Falls were breathtaking, we could sit out on our loungers and look straight over them, and we got up early twice just to watch the sunrise through the mist. If we had to pick a highlight it would be walking above the clouds in the Rockies, though the glacier walk ran it close!
The whole trip exceeded all our expectations and gave us a wonderful experience and
memories we'll treasure.
We can't thank Anita enough for making it all so easy. It really was the trip of a lifetime, and
we're already looking forward to the next one.
