My partner Peter and I have known Kelly Bowen for around 10 years, and in that time, she’s expertly arranged our holidays to destinations as varied as Norway, Asia, America and Canada.

No matter where we’ve travelled, Kelly’s been there in the background making sure everything runs seamlessly - and on the rare occasion anything’s cropped up, she’s always been quick to respond and resolve things with complete ease.

She’s not only incredibly efficient and professional, but also one of the kindest and most approachable people you could hope to deal with.
