Restaurant – 3-tier restaurant featuring an outdoor dining area on the deck. A combination of Caribbean and modern European-inspired cuisine will be served here using fresh local ingredients. Last orders at 9.30pm

Bar – A sheltered and spacious poolside bar offering old-school charm. Guests will be served beautifully crafted cocktails here and a wide selection of house wine. Last orders at 11.45pm

Private Dining – Whether it be in the privacy of your own suite or on the gorgeous white-sand beach. Please note breakfast will be served in the room from 7.30am to 10.30am, snacks from 12.30pm to 9.30pm and dinner from 7pm to 9.30pm (surcharge applies for room service)

Hermitage Bay features 30 gorgeous suites all offering space and privacy and designed using Caribbean ambience and influence. Seaview Garden Suite – 115 sqm. Located beach level offering partial sea views. Featuring a large veranda with outdoor seating and a double daybed, spacious bathroom with twin vanity sinks and a bathtub, outdoor shower, large bedroom with a ceiling fan, air-conditioning and a king bed as well as a separate living area with sofa. Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults and 1 Child (14-16yrs)

Beachfront Suite – 115 sqm.  Located beach level just steps away from the glistening white-sand beach offering gorgeous panoramic views of both the beach, bay and Nevis/St Kitts. Featuring a large veranda with two chairs and a double daybed, spacious bathroom with two vanity sinks and a bathtub, outdoor shower, spacious bedroom with a ceiling fan, air-conditioning and a king bed as well as a separate living area with sofa. Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults and 1 Child (14-16yrs)

Hillside Suite – 155 sqm. Located on the resort’s hillside providing complete privacy and stunning views across the ocean to Montserrat/Nevis. Featuring a private plunge pool and large sunbathing deck with lounges, a terraced veranda with daybed, outdoor dining and seating area, spacious bedroom with a ceiling fan, air-conditioning and a king bed that leads into a bathroom with twin vanity sinks and a bathtub as well as an outdoor shower. Maximum Occupancy is 2 Adults.
